Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held in the account.

If you are found to have registered or operated more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or otherwise — tjbeet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held within them without prior notice.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the tjbeet support team immediately at [email protected]. tjbeet will take reasonable steps to investigate any reported breach, but will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that occurred due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
tjbeet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions must be conducted in BDT. tjbeet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed to its source, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the tjbeet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the tjbeet platform — including but not limited to the tjbeet brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tjbeet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the tjbeet platform without the prior written consent of tjbeet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tjbeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services, even if tjbeet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tjbeet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tjbeet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tjbeet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, extended inactivity, or receipt of a valid regulatory instruction.
Upon closure of an account for reasons attributable to the player's breach of these Terms, tjbeet reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in the account, including both real-money balances and bonus balances. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the player, any real-money balance will be returned to the player through the original deposit method, subject to completion of the verification process.
A player may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Pending withdrawal requests that have already been approved will continue to be processed.
tjbeet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the tjbeet platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

tjbeet will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. The platform's decision following a good-faith investigation shall be final in respect of factual matters within the platform's knowledge, including game logs, transaction records, and account activity data.
